Program description

We send text messages about insurance quotes, policy service, appointments, renewals, and requests you make of us. Messages are from Unified Insurance Solutions, LLC, an independent property and casualty agency in Clive, Iowa.

Types of messages may include:

• A response to a quote or service request.
• An appointment or document reminder.
• A renewal or policy-service notice.
• A follow-up to a message you sent us.

Consent

You opt in by providing a mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — on a form, on the website, or in a conversation. Consent is not a condition of buying insurance. You may decline and still request a quote or service by phone or email.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. The number of messages depends on your requests, your policy, and the service you need. This is a recurring message program.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will send one confirmation and then stop texting that number.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing. We may share a mobile number with the provider that delivers the text on our behalf, only to send the message.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery depends on your carrier and device. We are not responsible for a message that is delayed, blocked, or not delivered.

Supported carriers

The program is intended to work with major U.S. carriers. Carrier participation can change. Check with your carrier if a message does not arrive.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued participation after an update means you accept the current terms. The current version is the one posted on www.uismidwest.com.
